Features
- All rooms are air-conditioned and with King sized Beds except for the
Beach Deluxe and Deluxe that have Queen sized beds
- All bathtub fitted except for Beach Deluxe that is shower fitted
- With varying degrees of interior décor and sitting arrangements, however
all sitting area are very comfortable
- Family suite has two bedrooms and a sitting room
- All rooms are fitted with -Hot water facility -Satellite and local
stations fitted Television sets with minimum options of ten stations available
in all rooms -VCD players in all rooms -Refrigerators/fridges too in all rooms
-Internal communication system (intercom)
- Beach Royal Suites and Beach Deluxe Suites unlike the others are located
by the Beachfront allowing a direct view of the ocean from the rooms’ frontage
and a close access to the beachfront and its refreshing air.
- Security:
Asides our in-house highly trained security guards, Hermitage Resort has patrol
dogs with regular police backup. The local police station is also a stone
throw from the resort.
(Prices are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5 % VAT) per day and are
subject to change without prior notice.
- Conference Halls, equipment and beach facilities excludes service charge
and vat respectively
- 100% payment confirms booking/reservation
- Check out time is strictly 12 noon. Late checkout attracts extra
charge of 50% of normal rate, except on special arrangement with the
management
- Accommodation will be reconciled at the end of stay and clients are
expected to pay all outstanding charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations has to be communicated to the resort in writing and the
following terms shall apply:
- Less than 4 days before event - 100% of all service previously reserved
and 30% of catering estimate be invoiced
- 5 to 10 days before event - 80% of all services previously reserved and
25% of catering estimate shall be invoiced
- 11 to 29 days before event - 40% of all services previously reserved shall
be invoiced
- More than 30 days before event - 20% of all services previously reserved
shall be invoiced
